Indevor Group is seeking a Marketing Assistant to support campaign delivery, data management, design, and website updates. You will work across email campaigns, CRM entry, content creation and performance reporting, helping to drive lead generation and brand consistency.

Based at the Chorley office, you’ll collaborate with suppliers and internal teams, maintain accuracy, and help optimise marketing activities in line with group guidelines.

Formación

• Strong organisation and ability to manage competing tasks.
• Clear written communication and proofreading.
• Eye for design and ability to create consistent materials.
• Confident with spreadsheets, CRM systems and marketing data.
• Willingness to develop skills in email marketing, GA4 and SEO.

Responsabilidades

• Research businesses and contacts, check details and upload to CRM.
• Maintain CRM records, including contact information, lead sources, campaign activity and communication preferences.
• Prepare and coordinate email campaigns, e‑shots, letters and direct mail with lists and deadlines.
• Monitor campaign responses and update lead information and outcomes in CRM.
• Track website and campaign performance using GA4, CRM reporting and email tools.
• Provide commentary for management reports and suggest improvements to targeting and content.
• Create and adapt ads, e-shot designs, website graphics, and campaign materials per brand guidelines.
• Liaise with printers, mailing houses, suppliers; obtain quotations and coordinate deliveries.
• Maintain website content and apply basic SEO; check links and enquiry forms.
• Coordinate website improvements with colleagues or providers and manage deadlines.
