Job summary

Indevor Group in Birchwood, Warrington, is seeking a Client Relationship Manager to build and maintain relationships with referrer partners, manage an allocated portfolio, and represent the business at networking and hospitality events across the country.

Role includes full training, meeting partners via Teams and in person, and ensuring records are maintained in our CRM. You will travel nationally to develop and strengthen relationships and deliver on commitments with colleagues.

Qualifications

• Clear verbal communication; capable of drafting emails and notes.
• Organised, detail-oriented, reliable follow-through.
• Willingness to travel nationally and attend events.
• Happy to learn and take feedback.

Responsibilities

• Develop new referrer relationships and manage an allocated portfolio.
• Outline and secure meetings with potential partners.
• Meet with partners via Teams and in person, including travel.
• Maintain regular contact and provide quarterly reviews.
• Attend networking events and host referrers as required.
• Organise invitations, travel and follow-up communications.
