Adecco in the United Kingdom is seeking a highly organised Customer Service & Sales Support Coordinator to join our team. You will manage an established portfolio of live clients, acting as the main contact and ensuring customers receive excellent service throughout the order process.

You will work with production and sales to ensure orders are accurate, scheduled, and delivered on time, while building strong relationships and adapting to a fast-paced environment.

Qualifikationen

• Experience in an office-based customer service, sales support or order administration role.
• Experience processing customer orders and using Sage or a similar order management system.
• Strong customer service skills and ability to build long-term relationships.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; professional and approachable.
• Strong organisational and time management skills; able to manage multiple tasks.
• Attention to detail when processing orders and preparing documentation.
• Proactive, practical approach to problem-solving and ownership of tasks.
• Good IT skills with Excel and Outlook.

Aufgaben

• Build and maintain long-term relationships with an established customer base, including an allocated portfolio of key accounts.
• Act as a key point of contact, developing an understanding of individual customer requirements and preferences.
• Process customer orders via telephone and email; use Sage and internal systems.
• Maintain production scheduling spreadsheet; update order statuses and deliveries.
• Coordinate UK and international shipments; liaise with couriers and customers.
• Prepare and issue quotations; support sales and commercial teams with admin tasks.
• Ensure orders are delivered accurately and on time; manage documentation.
