Job summary

Rubicon Recruitment Agency in Yeovil is seeking a Client Relations Executive to manage relationships for a premium UK packaging manufacturer supplying fashion and beauty brands. Up to £35,000 per annum plus bonuses; no cold calling.

You will nurture accounts via phone and Teams, spot growth opportunities, and support projects from enquiry to delivery, with a Monday–Friday, 8am–5pm schedule in a supportive culture.

Qualifications

• Some experience in sales, account management or customer service, ideally within recruitment, insurance or another phone-based environment.
• Confident and professional on the phone, with the ability to hold a quality conversation with senior clients.
• A natural relationship builder who enjoys going the extra mile.
• Strong organisation, juggling several clients and projects at once.

Responsibilities

• Looking after a portfolio of existing clients for a growing UK packaging manufacturer supplying premium fashion and beauty brands
• Keeping in regular contact with clients by phone and Teams, delivering a first-class service
• Spotting opportunities to grow accounts and introduce new products
• Supporting client projects from first enquiry through to delivery
• Re-engaging lapsed customers and strengthening existing relationships
• Keeping the CRM accurate and up to date
