Responsibilities

• Manage and grow a portfolio of existing clients for a UK packaging manufacturer.
• Grow revenue, volume and margin on each account through upselling and new opportunities.
• Follow up quotations by phone and hit daily outbound call targets.
• Re-engage lapsed customers and strengthen long-standing relationships.
• Book regular face-to-face meetings and run quarterly client reviews; travel as needed.
• Keep CRM up to date and report on client performance against budget.

Client Relations Manager - Yeovil - up to £55,000 per annum

As Client Relations Manager, you'll own a portfolio of established accounts and be trusted to grow every one of them.

As a Client Relations Manager, your responsibilities will include:

• Managing and developing a portfolio of existing clients for a growing UK packaging manufacturer supplying ecommerce and retail brands
• Growing revenue, volume and margin on each account through upselling and spotting new opportunities
• Following up quotations by phone and hitting daily outbound call targets
• Re‑engaging lapsed customers and strengthening long-standing relationships
• Booking regular face‑to‑face meetings and running quarterly client reviews, with occasional travel
• Keeping the CRM up to date and reporting on client performance against budget

As a Client Relations Manager, your experience will include:

• A background in commercial sales or account management, ideally within recruitment, insurance or another phone-based, target-driven environment
• Confidence on the phone in a busy open-plan office
• A proven ability to build relationships and grow existing accounts
• Excellent time management, balancing proactive selling with reactive customer service
• Working knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Outlook and Teams)
• A full UK driving licence
