Gallagher Benefit Services, Leeds, is seeking an experienced Project Manager to drive cross-functional initiatives on the Total Rewards platform, Gallagher Guide. You’ll collaborate with clients, lead delivery teams, and ensure high-quality outcomes across projects.

The role emphasizes strong communication, data-driven decisions, and mentorship of junior staff within a supportive, global yet local provider environment.

Qualifications

• 6–8 years of project management experience.
• Strong written and verbal communication.

• A team player who can also work independently.
• Comfortable leading client discussions and navigating complex challenges.
