Gallagher seeks a Senior Client Project Management Consultant to lead the delivery of Total Rewards solutions for global clients. You’ll work with clients, technical teams and business partners to implement and enhance Gallagher Guide, a user-friendly platform that supports benefits, wellbeing, and career programs.

You’ll lead projects, guide teams, and ensure solutions meet client needs, while mentoring colleagues and driving continuous improvement across engagements.

Formación

• 6–8 years of project management experience in a similar role.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Solid data analysis and problem-solving abilities.
• Organised, detail-oriented, able to manage multiple priorities and use Microsoft Office tools.

• Lead cross-functional teams to deliver projects and product initiatives.
• Configure platform capabilities such as authentication, content management, messaging, and analytics.
• Collaborate with clients to understand needs and propose effective solutions.

As a Client Project Management Consultant Senior, you’ll play a key role in delivering this innovative solution. • Organised, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities.Proficient in Microsoft Office and other digital tools.
• A team player who can also work independently.
• Comfortable leading client discussions and navigating complex challenges.
