Gallagher is seeking a Client Project Management Consultant Senior in the United Kingdom to lead cross-functional projects within the Total Rewards platform. You will collaborate with clients, technical teams, and business partners to implement and enhance solutions, guiding teams to meet client needs and expectations.

The role emphasizes strong communication, strategic thinking, and mentorship, with opportunities for growth within a supportive, inclusive culture across global and local impact.

Formación

• 6–8 years of experience in a project/consulting role.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Analytical mindset with problem-solving abilities.
• Organised with ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and digital tools.

• Comfortable leading client discussions and navigating complex challenges.
