Job summary

Gallagher is seeking a Client Project Management Consultant Senior to lead cross-functional teams and drive delivery of Total Rewards technology with clients, technical teams, and business partners. You will guide projects, mentor teammates, and ensure solutions meet client needs.

You’ll lead client discussions, apply data analysis, and provide strategic insights to improve products and services. A collaborative, growth‑oriented environment awaits.

Qualifications

• 6–8 years of project management experience.

• A team player who can also work independently.
• Comfortable leading client discussions and navigating complex challenges.
