Client Partner / Account Executive / Account Manager

Tata Elxsi’s strong domain expertise in Media and Communications, complemented with our experience in delivering vertically industry use cases, enable customers to differentiate and win. We offer integrated services from research and strategy to electronics and mechanical design, software development, validation, and deployment, supported by design studios, global development centers, and offices around the globe. These cover the entire spectrum of 5G Services, Edge computing services, and subsystems to the connectivity, cloud platform and infrastructure elements.

Responsibilities:
  • Manage and grow a portfolio of strategic accounts through establishing trust and becoming a client partner.
  • Drive complex digital transformation efforts for clients within the portfolio.
  • Direct the organic growth strategy across the strategic account portfolio.
  • Set vision and execute annual account planning activities.
  • Identify key growth opportunities within client accounts.
  • Proactively create client value and ensure overall financial health of accounts.
  • Develop and maintain strategic client relationships to drive profitable growth.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction through world-class delivery and service.
  • Act as the primary owner of client relationships at the strategic level.
  • Leverage company-wide resources to address client satisfaction, growth, renewal, risk, and opportunities.
  • Aim to secure long-term client commitment through trusted advisor relationships.
  • Generate leads by interacting with customers in various lines of business to expand our footprint.
  • Facilitate the delivery team to present delivery successes in a strong and positive way and grow the account.
  • Interact with Procurement and Supplier relationship teams from customer organizations and maintain smoother flow of contracts, invoices, and payments.
  • Coordinate sales forecasting, planning, and budgeting.
  • Reporting directly to Group Client Partner.
Minimum Requirements:
  • At least 5 to 15 years of overall experience in selling IT Services in Tier-1 or Tier-2 competitive organizations.
  • Strong knowledge of global delivery model (GDM) and methodologies.
  • Familiarity with cross-selling various service lines for customers.
  • Ability to present and interact at CxO levels and have consultative sales capability.
  • Ability to work and collaborate across other teams in various service lines.
  • Ability to manage multi-cultural teams and travel to different client locations - mostly within London/UK and sometimes across the world if needed for business discussions or conferences.
  • Exposure to delivery, sales, or pre-sales roles is required.
  • Experience managing a multi-million USD account across various GEOs.
  • Strong Account Management skills - building and managing client relationships at the CxO level.
  • Carry targets on revenue, bookings, and OM.
  • Get involved in resolving any people management issues within Tata Elxsi’s teams.
  • Achievement of sales strategic objectives defined by Tata Elxsi.
