Roles & Responsibilities:

The account sales member will manage and grow a portfolio of strategic accounts by establishing as a trusted client partner to drive complex digital transformation efforts for clients. You will be responsible for directing the organic growth strategy across a strategic account portfolio, including vision setting, annual account planning, identification of key growth opportunities, proactive client value creation, and overall financial health of accounts within your portfolio. The Client Partner will be responsible for driving profitable growth from the account by developing strategic client relationships and ensuring customer satisfaction through world-class delivery. The Client Partner ultimately owns the client relationship at the strategic level and will identify and leverage company-wide resources to address client satisfaction, growth, renewal, risk, or opportunity in their book of business. The goal is to make the client successful and committed to Tata Elxsi's long-term success through a trusted advisor relationship.

Role Expectations:

  • At least two years of overall experience in selling IT Services in Tier- or Tier- competitive organizations.
  • Strong knowledge of global delivery model (GDM) and methodologies.
  • Familiarity with cross-selling various service lines for customers.
  • Ability to present and interact at CxO levels, with consultative sales capability.
  • Ability to work and collaborate across other teams in various service lines and coordinate for the account.
  • Ability to manage multi-cultural teams and travel to different client locations—mostly within London/UK and occasionally internationally for business discussions or conferences.
  • Exposure to delivery, sales, or pre-sales roles.
  • Experience managing a multi-million USD account across various GEOs.
  • Strong account management skills, including building and maintaining client relationships at the CxO level.
  • Ability to meet targets related to revenue, bookings, and operational margin (OM).
  • Involvement in resolving people management issues within Tata Elxsi's teams.
  • Facilitating the delivery team to showcase successes and grow the account.
  • Generating leads through customer interactions to expand business footprint.
  • Preparing and presenting proposals, including proactive proposals and responses to RFPs/RFIs.
  • Managing interactions with procurement and supplier relationship teams to ensure smooth contracts, invoices, and payments.
  • Achieving sales strategic objectives set by Tata Elxsi.
  • Coordinating sales forecasting, planning, and budgeting.
  • Reporting directly to the Group Client Partner.
