Job summary

Farfill is seeking a Client Operations Manager to own day-to-day performance and growth for a portfolio of high-value e-commerce clients. This role sits at the intersection of operations, commercial management and relationship ownership across DTC, retail and international markets.

You will act as the primary contact for brands, ensuring service delivery meets SLAs while identifying opportunities to improve efficiency, cost control, and customer experience in a fast-paced 3PL environment.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in account management or client operations within 3PL/fulfilment or e-commerce logistics.
• Ability to manage multiple high-value clients in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong working knowledge of Mintsoft and client-facing systems.

Responsibilities

• Own a portfolio of Farfill clients end-to-end, including performance, retention and growth.
• Lead client reviews, reporting and QBRs with insights and actions.
• Maintain commercial oversight and drive cost control and margin awareness.
• Identify upsell/cross-sell opportunities aligned to client growth.
• Ensure SLA delivery across fulfilment, shipping, returns and value-added services.
