Bis Henderson is seeking a Head of Operations E-commerce to lead the distribution and fulfilment strategy for a fast‑growing niche fashion retailer. You will drive a major warehouse upgrade, bring in automation, and build a high‑performing team, improving service levels while managing costs.

The role is hands‑on and strategic, focusing on delivering scalable operations for the next growth phase and partnering with the business to optimise the customer fulfilment journey.

• Deep expertise in pick-pack-ship fulfilment and logistics.
