Job summary

James and James is hiring a Client Solutions Specialist in Northampton (hybrid, 1 day WFH). You will own end-to-end onboarding for new clients to J&J, from Sales handover through system setup, first deliveries and go-live, acting as the client’s single contact as onboarding progresses.

You’ll configure accounts in ControlPort, set up products, shipping rules, carrier services and packaging, and support integrations with Shopify, marketplaces and API to ensure smooth go-live.

Qualifications

• Experience in client onboarding or implementation.
• Excellent rapport and communication with clients and colleagues.
• Highly organised with multiple projects and deadlines.
• Attention to configuration, pricing and compliance data.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end onboarding from sales handover to go-live.
• Set up client accounts in ControlPort and configure shipping rules.
• Coordinate integrations with Shopify, marketplaces and API.
• Maintain project timelines, milestones, risks and dependencies.
• Manage onboarding post-go-live and handover to Client Services.
