Job summary

Clear Junction Limited is seeking a Pre-Sales and Client Implementation Manager to bridge Sales, Onboarding, and technical delivery. The role designs tailored fintech solutions for prospective and existing clients and guides new clients through installation and activation from proposal to go-live and beyond.

The position requires strong experience coordinating end-to-end client implementations across regulated environments, including risk, compliance and IT teams.

Qualifications

• Experience designing tailored client solutions for fintech or payments
• Proven ability to translate client needs into actionable product or service proposals
• Strong presentation and consultancy skills for client-facing teams
• Experience coordinating multi-team onboarding and implementation in regulated environments

Responsibilities

• Design client solutions in partnership with Sales and Relationship Management
• Create and track client solution descriptions from assessment to post-implementation adoption
• Deliver product, service and solution presentations as the subject matter expert
• Ensure solutions are compliant and fit for purpose across Risk, Compliance, Product, Legal and IT
• Provide activation and post-go-live support during hypercare period
• Coordinate onboarding roadmaps and internal approvals for non-standard requests
• Oversee end-to-end onboarding including technical integration and sandbox readiness
• Identify and elevate implementation risks and delays as needed
• Maintain client-facing implementation documentation and templates
• Collaborate with Product to train on new offerings
