A UK-based professional services firm is seeking a Client Onboarding & Sales Officer to support sales and manage the onboarding process for clients. The role is ideal for a motivated student or junior specialist with an interest in accounting and client management. Responsibilities include contacting leads, managing the client onboarding process, and maintaining CRM records. Qualifications

• Basic understanding of UK company structures and onboarding processes.
• Interest in accounting, tax, and professional services.
• Experience in a UK accounting firm is an advantage but not essential.

Responsibilities

• Contact new leads and present accounting and tax services.
• Act as the first point of contact for clients.
• Manage the full client onboarding process from enquiry to engagement.
• Assist with company registrations (HMRC, VAT, PAYE, CIS, etc.).
• Collect and review client information and documentation.
• Maintain and update CRM records accurately.
• Coordinate with accountants and tax advisors for smooth handover.
