Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience in client onboarding, compliance administration or AML/KYC in regulated environments.
• Strong understanding of due diligence processes, identity verification and ongoing monitoring.
• Excellent organisational skills with ability to manage multiple onboarding requests and deadlines.
• Professional and client-focused communication, both written and verbal.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end client onboarding and account setup from instruction to completion.
• Conduct AML/KYC, sanctions, PEP and other regulatory checks in line with procedures.
• Verify documentation and due diligence evidence, flagging gaps or risk concerns as needed.
• Coordinate with clients and internal leads to obtain outstanding onboarding information.
• Maintain accurate client records, compliance databases, trackers and audit trails.
• Collaborate with partners, client service teams and compliance colleagues to ensure a smooth onboarding experience.
• Monitor onboarding progress and follow up on outstanding actions with stakeholders.
• Assist with client risk assessments, annual reviews and monitoring alerts as part of ongoing reviews.
• Support regulatory and audit requirements in collaboration with Compliance team.
• Identify ways to improve onboarding processes for efficiency and control.
