Job summary

Medlock Partners is seeking a Client Services Executive to join their busy Client Services team in Manchester. You will be the face of the firm to new clients, delivering outstanding customer service and directing inquiries to the appropriate legal teams.

Responsibilities include handling inquiries across channels, recording client details in case management software, performing KYC checks, and supporting onboarding.

Responsibilities

• Deliver excellent customer care by assisting clients with legal inquiries across a range of communication channels.
• Gather and record client details accurately using case management software.
• Liaise with legal teams, ensuring inquiries are directed to the appropriate department promptly.
• Facilitate the onboarding process by conducting KYC checks and opening new client matters.
• Manage your workload effectively, ensuring all tasks and inboxes are actioned and cleared daily.
• Develop a solid understanding of the firm’s legal services and departments.
