Job summary

Blue Legal is seeking a Client Onboarding Administrator to join our Risk Management team in Northampton. You will help with client and matter opening, AML checks, CDD, sanctions and conflict checks, ensuring compliant and timely onboarding.

The role requires solid administration or business support experience, strong attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple requests and deadlines while maintaining high service standards.

Qualifications

• Experience in administration or business support.
• Excellent attention to detail and data accuracy.
• Knowledge of client onboarding, AML, CDD, sanctions or conflict checking.

Responsibilities

• Processing new client and matter opening requests.
• Reviewing file opening forms and supporting documentation for accuracy and completeness.
• Opening and maintaining client and matter records on internal systems.
• Carrying out AML, CDD, sanctions and conflict checks.
• Obtaining and reviewing relevant client verification and compliance documentation.
• Identifying potential compliance concerns and escalating these appropriately.
• Maintaining accurate and up-to-date client and compliance records.
• Working closely with fee earners, secretaries and wider support teams.
• Ensuring onboarding requests are completed accurately and within agreed service levels.
