Job summary

Nockolds Solicitors is recruiting for an onboarding-focused role within our team. The successful candidate will collate client information and create client and matter records on our practice management system, performing identity verification and due diligence checks in line with compliance requirements.

You will guide clients through the onboarding process, liaising with internal staff to ensure timely completion and accurate data capture, while maintaining high standards of professionalism

Qualifications

• Highly organised and detail-oriented individual with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience in a client-facing administrative or compliance-based role would be beneficial.
• Comfortable guiding clients through processes while maintaining accuracy and professionalism.

Responsibilities

• Open new client and matter files ensuring correct procedures are followed.
• Conduct client due diligence and identity checks.
• Create and maintain records on the practice management system.
• Liaise with staff to ensure smooth onboarding and guide clients through the process.
