Responsibilities

• Maintaining accurate records, databases, trackers and audit trails.

• Supporting client risk assessments, annual reviews and ongoing monitoring activities.
• Assisting with compliance, regulatory and audit requirements.
• Identifying opportunities to improve onboarding processes and efficiencies.

Your new role As a Client Onboarding Executive, you'll be responsible for managing the onboarding journey from initial instruction through to completion, ensuring all client due diligence and compliance requirements are met.

Key responsibilities include:

What you'll need to succeed

• Previous experience within client onboarding, compliance, AML/KYC, client administration or a similar role.


• Experience gained within professional services, legal, financial services, accountancy, tax or another regulated environment.


• A strong understanding of client due diligence and compliance processes.


• Excellent organisational and time management skills.


• Strong attention to detail and the ability to identify discrepancies within documentation.


• Confident communication skills and a professional approach when dealing with clients and colleagues.


• The ability to work both independently and collaboratively.


• Good Microsoft Office skills and experience maintaining accurate records and databases.
