Job summary

Stephensons Solicitors LLP in Wigan seeks a New Business Advisor to handle inaugural client enquiries in a fast-paced, office- and telephone-based role. You will respond to emails, website inquiries and calls, take full client instructions, and set up new files while guiding clients with empathy and professionalism.

The role emphasizes converting sales opportunities and cross-selling where appropriate, offering a rewarding chance to support clients at difficult times.

Qualifications

• GCSE in English and Maths (grade c/4 or above) or equivalent, relevant experience will be considered as an alternative
• Experience of working in a customer service environment
• Experience call handling and an excellent telephone manner
• Interpersonal skills to build and maintain positive relationships

Responsibilities

• Deal with all new client enquiries relating to Clinical Negligence via email, website and phone
• Take full client instructions, set up new files and provide guidance
• Deliver excellent customer service on all calls and proactively convert sales opportunities and maximise cross selling opportunities on a day-to-day basis
• Be the first point of contact for potential clients and represent Stephensons professionally
