Job summary

IGD is seeking a Commercial Manager to drive engagement with Foundation clients and secure renewal revenue across 30+ accounts. The role focuses on upselling and cross-selling, leveraging data and market insight to identify opportunities and strategies for value growth.

You will lead project-based commercial initiatives, manage multiple priorities, and collaborate across the business to deliver measurable outcomes and a strong client lifecycle.

Qualifications

Proven experience driving revenue retention and growth.
Strong ability to manage 30+ accounts and prioritise demands.
Excellent stakeholder engagement and collaboration across levels.
Proactive in identifying commercial opportunities and market insights.

Responsibilities

Manage and grow a portfolio of 30+ clients, driving engagement and opportunities to upsell/cross-sell.
Own client retention and renewal, proactively managing risks and securing revenue.
Use data, insight and market knowledge to understand client needs and drive decisions.
Lead commercial projects and process improvements, delivering measurable value.
Collaborate with senior stakeholders to deliver results with a structured approach.
