Job summary

IGD is seeking a Customer Manager to manage commercial relationships with valued clients, driving engagement and retention of contracted revenue while upselling IGD products and services. This role focuses on the Retail portfolio as a key growth area with opportunities to lead strategic client discussions and represent IGD at industry events.

Qualifications

• Evidence of commercial acumen and success; ideally in data, research, insight or SaaS environment.
• Understanding of how insight informs client decision making.
• Interest in the Food, Drink and Grocery sector.
• Curiosity to link macroeconomics and events to client opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Renew contracted revenue with indexation (RPI/PE) increases.
• Upsell clients to IGD products and services to drive revenue growth.
• Lead client-facing activity (State of the Nation, Deep Dive sessions, SLA deliverables).
• Attend industry events as IGD brand ambassador.
