Job summary

IGD is seeking a Head of Client Leadership to steer our client service team and drive commercial engagement across key accounts. You’ll own high-level client relationships, identify growth opportunities, and collaborate with IGD Consulting and Insight teams to deliver value.

You will lead two Commercial Managers, setting goals and fostering a high-performance culture, with a hybrid working model based near London.

Qualifications

• Leadership capabilities to guide a team of managers.
• Proven track record in managing key client portfolios and driving value.
• Strong commercial orientation with ability to identify growth opportunities.
• Effective stakeholder management across levels, including CEO-level communication.

Responsibilities

• Lead a portfolio of approx. 10 strategic clients, overseeing overall engagement and commercial activity.
• Drive renewals, upgrades, and new opportunities with IGD services and consulting.
• Develop and mentor two Commercial Managers to achieve high performance and accountability.
