Job summary

Rexel is seeking an Internal Sales Person to provide exceptional service and drive growth across our customer base. You will manage existing accounts and proactively develop new business to meet branch targets, delivering value via phone, in-branch, and email interactions.

You will build rapport with clients, understand their needs, and become the subject matter expert for your customers, while supporting the wider branch team and ensuring orders are fulfilled accurately and on time.

Qualifications

• Experience in a highly competitive, customer-focused role with sales targets.
• Customer-centric approach and self-starter attitude.
• Ability to grow business through face-to-face and phone-based relationships.

Responsibilities

• Manage a live portfolio of existing customer accounts.
• Develop new customers to meet branch targets.
• Provide excellent service over the phone, by email, or in-branch.
• Assist in Trade Counter and warehouse tasks to ensure orders are completed on time.
