Job summary

Rexel UK Ltd Gravesend is seeking an Internal Sales Person to manage existing customer accounts and win new business, delivering an excellent sales service by phone, email, or in-branch.

You will become the subject matter expert for your customers, build rapport, and develop the portfolio while supporting the branch team with Trade Counter duties and warehouse tasks to ensure orders are fulfilled.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent sales service to our key customers over the phone, face to face in branch, or via email to drive loyalty.
• Manage an active portfolio of current customers while proactively targeting and developing new customers into profitable accounts.
• Be the first point of call for key accounts and understand individual client requirements, build rapport and grow your portfolio.
• Support the wider branch team, serving on the Trade Counter and assisting in warehouse duties to ensure orders are fulfilled on time.
