Job summary

BCD Meetings & Events is seeking a Client Development Director in the UK, hybrid role based in Milton Keynes or remote. You will drive commercial growth, nurture existing accounts, and introduce The Collective and Delegate Management services across the network.

Responsibilities include managing client relationships, developing growth strategies, and coordinating with marketing and lead generation teams to pursue new opportunities.

Qualifications

• Experience in managing multiple accounts and growing business.
• Ability to craft client-centric growth strategies.
• Strong in contract management and negotiations.
• Knowledge of conference and B2B events desirable.

Responsibilities

• Be responsible for managing the relationship with existing accounts and drive renewals and growth.
• Develop and own a client-centric growth strategy for Key Growth Account(s).
• Lead new business campaign activity with commercial and marketing teams.
• Advise and support internal teams to meet client service expectations.
