Job summary

BCD Meetings & Events (BCD M&E) is seeking a Client Development Director in the UK for Milton Keynes. You will nurture existing accounts, identify new opportunities, and collaborate with Account Leads across the BCD network to drive revenue and client success.

The role collaborates with Marketing and LeadGen to respond to new logo enquiries, supporting a client-centric growth strategy and high-level contract negotiations.

Qualifications

• Experience in managing multiple accounts and growing revenue.
• Ability to develop client-centric growth plans and translate revenue goals into actions.
• Strong negotiation and procurement experience.
• Proficiency with CRM systems and Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Manage relationships with existing accounts to renew and grow business.
• Develop growth strategies for key accounts and translate goals into plans.
• Lead new business campaigns with support from commercial and marketing teams.
• Advise and support internal teams to meet client expectations.
