AI Acquisition is seeking a skilled Client Success/Account Manager to take over an established portfolio of clients, advising on growth strategies and using AI to accelerate results. You will audit accounts, diagnose frictions, and coach owners on offers, funnels, and fulfillment.

You will work directly with business owners, balancing strategic consulting with relationship management, ensuring progress and expansion across client books.

Competenze

• Native or near-native English fluency and clear on-camera communication.
• Direct experience as a CSM, account manager, or business consultant advising growth strategies.
• Understanding of lead generation, sales funnels, and outreach channels; ability to diagnose issues and coach clients.
• Managed portfolios with retention and expansion responsibilities; comfortable with difficult conversations.
• Fast learner with ability to absorb product/process knowledge quickly; open to AI tools.
