Job summary

AI Acquisition is a remote-first company helping founders scale with AI through a combined sales and delivery engine, consultation, and SaaS platforms. You’ll own a portfolio of clients, diagnosing blockers and guiding them toward commercial results, not just activity.

You’ll work with clients via Zoom/Slack and our systems, running growth workshops and escalations with calm, structured decisions, in a fast-moving startup environment.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in a client-facing account management, CSM, or business consulting role where you were directly responsible for client outcomes.
• You’ve consulted business owners on how to start, grow, or scale a business, with real parts and outcomes.
• You understand (or can learn fast) B2B lead generation mechanics and how funnels connect to revenue.
• You’re comfortable discussing money with clients, reading contracts, and explaining payment flows under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of active clients across onboarding, growth, scale, and at-risk.
• Lead growth workshops, intro calls, and regular check-ins; set the rhythm, not the client.
• Frame client expectations, reset when needed, and avoid overpromising.
• Diagnose why a client isn’t getting results and determine the next steps to fix.
• Ensure contract alignment and payment flows; provide accurate answers, not generic numbers.
• Document every interaction in Athena ticketing and Slack channels.
• Collaborate with CS, delivery, and onboarding teams to close gaps and keep momentum.
