Accenture is seeking a Client Account Lead to drive growth and oversee a strategic multinational client across Southeast Asia. You will blend account management, business development, and transformation advisory to unlock value through AI, automation, data, and digital technologies.

The role requires extensive experience with large enterprises, strong stakeholder management, and the ability to work across multicultural, distributed teams while shaping solutions and managing deals.

Formación

• Minimum 8 years of experience in consulting, account management, business development, transformation, or related areas.
• Experience working with multinational corporations or large enterprise clients.
• Experience supporting business transformation, technology transformation, operational improvement, or innovation initiatives.
• Working knowledge of AI, Generative AI, analytics, automation, or emerging technology trends.
• Exposure to sales pursuits, proposals, commercial discussions, or growth initiatives.
• Proven ability to engage Director-level stakeholders and work across cross-functional teams.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsabilidades

• Support the management and growth of a strategic multinational client account across Southeast Asia.
• Build strong relationships with client stakeholders across business and technology functions.
• Identify and develop transformation opportunities involving AI, Generative AI, Agentic AI, automation, data, and digital technologies.
• Collaborate with Accenture teams to shape client solutions and align capabilities to business priorities.
• Contribute to opportunity qualification, proposal development, business case creation, and deal support activities.
• Support account planning, pipeline management, forecasting, governance, and financial tracking processes.
• Assist clients in evaluating opportunities to improve operational performance, customer experience, and business agility.
• Maintain awareness of industry trends, emerging technologies, and market developments relevant to multinational Products organizations.
• Coordinate effectively across regional stakeholder groups, delivery teams, and client leadership.
