AI Acquisition is seeking a Senior Account Manager to own a portfolio of client engagements across growth, scale, and onboarding. You will diagnose blockers, manage expectations, and drive commercial outcomes with our lead-generation platforms.

You’ll coordinate with delivery, onboarding, and support teams, run growth workshops, and articulate strategic guidance to founders and operators, balancing risk with opportunity.

Formación

• 4+ years in a client-facing account management, CSM, or business consulting role with direct client outcomes.
• Experience diagnosing growth and conversion problems across offers, funnels, campaigns, and sales processes.
• Ability to manage escalations, de-escalations, and at-risk accounts with structured problem solving.

Responsabilidades

• Manage client portfolios, calls, workshops, expectations, and follow-ups across each client’s journey.
• Diagnose client growth and conversion problems across offers, funnels, campaigns, and sales processes.
• Identify at-risk accounts, handle escalations, and coordinate resolutions with internal teams.
• Log every client interaction and next step in our systems (Athena ticketing, Slack channels).
