IQ-EQ is seeking a Client Accountant to act as the day-to-day contact for private equity, real estate, credit, or debt fund clients, managing fund accounting activities, deliverables, investor transactions and financial reporting.

You will build strong client relationships, ensure regulatory and reporting compliance, review quarterly and annual statements, oversee investor cash movements, and mentor junior staff within a collaborative, hybrid work environment.

Qualifications

• Higher-level education qualification and ACCA/ACA/CIMA or equivalent.
• 3+ years in financial services or accounting practice with client relationships.
• Strong accounting knowledge and experience reviewing working papers and disclosures.
• Ability to mentor team members and communicate with stakeholders effectively.

Responsabilités

• Manage day-to-day relationships with designated fund clients and act as primary front-office contact.
• Review quarterly and annual financial statements and fund accounting activities for compliance.
• Oversee investor drawdown and distribution calculations and cash movements.
• Coordinate timelines, monitor progress, resolve issues, and ensure timely reporting.
• Mentor teammates, support process improvements, and drive risk reduction initiatives.
