Job summary

IQ-EQ is a global investor services group delivering administration, compliance, governance, data and reporting. The role focuses on day-to-day front office contact for designated private equity, real estate, credit, or debt fund clients, ensuring timely deliverables and strong client service.

You will review financial statements, validate drawdowns and distributions, and develop deep expertise in client-specific accounting frameworks (per LPA) while mentoring junior colleagues.

Qualifications

• Higher education qualification and ACCA/ACA/CIMA or equivalent.
• 3+ years in a professional office, financial services preferred.
• Strong accounting expertise with working papers and financial statements.
• Experience managing client relationships and resolving issues.
• Mentor junior team; intermediate Excel skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day relationships for designated clients, including deliverables and timelines.
• Review financial statements and ensure UK GAAP or IFRS compliance with teams.
• Validate investor drawdown and distribution calculations and cash activity reporting.
• Mentor team members and build client-specific accounting expertise per LPA.
• Drive process improvements to reduce risk and improve efficiency.
