IQ-EQ is seeking a diligent professional to act as the day-to-day front office contact for designated private equity, real estate, credit, or debt fund clients. You will manage deliverables, timelines and communications with CFOs and financial controllers to ensure accurate reporting and compliance.

You will review financial statements under UK GAAP or IFRS, validate investor drawdowns and distributions, and mentor junior staff while developing expertise in client-specific accounting frameworks.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in a professional office environment, ideally within financial services or an accounting practice managing multiple client relationships.
• Strong accounting expertise, including reviewing working papers and financial statements or equivalent CPD.
• Proven experience managing client relationships and resolving issues directly with clients.
• Strong Excel skills to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
• Qualified by experience or equivalent credentials may be considered.

Responsabilités

• Act as day-to-day front office contact for designated clients (private equity, real estate, credit, or debt fund).
• Manage deliverables, timelines, and communications with CFOs/financial controllers.
• Review quarterly/annual financial statements ensuring UK GAAP/IFRS compliance.
• Validate investor drawdown and distribution calculations and communicate cash activities to investors.
• Mentor junior team members and optimize workflows to reduce risk and improve efficiency.
