Job summary

CP Hart, part of the Wolseley Group, is hiring a Delivery Coordinator for the Dartford area. This full-time fixed-term role (up to 18 months) covers coordinating delivery of goods, managing purchase orders and confirmations, and proactive client updates throughout the order journey.

The ideal candidate will have customer service experience, strong communication, team spirit, multitasking ability and computer literacy. Mon-Fri, 37.5 hours, with no weekend work.

Responsibilities

• Co-ordinate the delivery of goods once an order is placed.
• Manage all purchase orders issues and confirmation dates.
• Proactively communicate with the client throughout the order journey.
• Carry out daily checks to ensure new orders are accurate and deliveries run smoothly.
