Job summary

CP Hart, part of the Wolseley Group, is hiring a Delivery Coordinator for the Dartford area. This full-time fixed-term role (up to 18 months) covers coordinating delivery of goods, managing purchase orders and confirmations, and proactive client updates throughout the order journey.

The ideal candidate will have customer service experience, strong communication, team spirit, multitasking ability and computer literacy. Mon-Fri, 37.5 hours, with no weekend work.

As a **Delivery Coordinator** based in **Dartford Kent** you’ll be responsible for: * Co-coordinating the delivery of goods once order has been placed.* Managing all purchase orders issue’s and Confirmation dates that may prevent the progress of an order to the client’s requirements.* Proactively communicate with the client or client’s representative throughout the journey of the order – updating on progress when required.* Carrying out daily checks on My Active Documents to ensure that all new orders are dealt with and existing deliveries are correct and running smoothly.
