Job summary

Interaction Recruitment is assisting a client to recruit a Customer Service Representative for office-based work at Lodgefarm Industrial Estate, NN5 7US. The role is full-time, temporary to permanent, with 40 hours per week across 5 days between 8am and 8pm.

You will build rapport with customers, listen to needs to tailor solutions, and provide exceptional service with in-depth product knowledge. Pay is £12.71 per hour, paid weekly, with potential progression to permanent status.

Qualifications

• 6 months contact centre experience preferred but not essential.
• Excellent customer service skills required.
• Strong communication skills.
• Able to work well in a team.

Responsibilities
