Job summary

GreensafeIT in Droitwich is seeking a Services Co-Ordinator to support internal engineering and reactive Breakfix services. You will manage quotations, customer inquiries, stock records, and liaison with suppliers to keep service levels high.

The role requires strong admin skills, excellent communication, and a proactive, adaptable mindset to thrive in a fast-paced environment. Salary is £25,000 per annum with 37.5 hours weekly, based in Droitwich.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a customer-facing role.
• Outstanding customer service skills with a professional and approachable manner.
• Strong administrative abilities, with proficiency in Microsoft Office (particularly Excel).
• High attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proactive, adaptable, and able to respond effectively to changing priorities.
• A collaborative team player, committed to supporting colleagues and ensuring service success.
• Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise effectively.

Responsibilities

• Act as the first point of contact for customers, providing service information, updates, and responding to queries.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, suppliers, and key stakeholders.
• Ensure accuracy and attention to detail when preparing and issuing quotations.
• Maintain accurate records in the system, particularly in relation to stock movements.
• Proactively manage customer expectations by providing timely updates on repair progress.
• Generate and deliver customer reports, including stock levels, dispatch status, and service performance.
• Collaborate effectively with key internal teams, including Technicians, Warehouse, and Sales.
• Liaise with external partners such as customers, suppliers, and logistics providers.
• Monitor and drive Technician activity to ensure compliance with agreed SLAs.
