Job summary

GreensafeIT is seeking a Services Co-Ordinator - Internal Engineering in Droitwich to support the Breakfix service. This fast-paced role spans six sub-departments and contributes to the refurbishment service, with a focus on customer experience and precise administration.

You will provide accurate quotations, respond quickly to enquiries, coordinate with the supply chain and drive operational output through effective organisation.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a customer-facing role.
• Outstanding customer service skills with a professional and approachable manner.
• Strong administrative abilities, with proficiency in Microsoft Office (particularly Excel).
• High attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proactive, adaptable, and able to respond effectively to changing priorities.
• A collaborative team player, committed to supporting colleagues and ensuring service success.

Responsibilities

• Act as the first point of contact for customers, providing service information, updates, and responding to queries.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, suppliers, and key stakeholders.
• Ensure accuracy and attention to detail when preparing and issuing quotations.
• Maintain accurate records in the system, particularly in relation to stock movements.
• Proactively manage customer expectations by providing timely updates on repair progress.
• Generate and deliver customer reports, including stock levels, dispatch status, and service performance.
• Collaborate effectively with key internal teams, including Technicians, Warehouse, and Sales.
• Liaise with external partners such as customers, suppliers, and logistics providers.
• Monitor and drive Technician activity to ensure compliance with agreed SLAs.
