Job summary

CREAVO is seeking a Systems Engineer to work with our technical co‑founder, delivering exceptional technical support and IT solutions to our diverse range of clients. Based in Alcester, Warwickshire, the role offers hybrid working after probation and involves visiting our clients’ premises.

You will combine frontline customer service with strong knowledge of business IT systems, supporting projects, and hands-on deployments. Excellent communication and a proactive approach are essential.

Qualifications

Excellent customer service and communication skills.
1st/2nd line support experience.
Full UK driving licence with access to own vehicle.
Willingness to visit client sites and work in a hybrid model.
Experience with Microsoft 365 and IT infrastructure basics.

Responsibilities

Provide remote and on-site technical support to end users within SLA.
Visit customers in person and assist with deployments or replacements of equipment.
Support projects team with design and delivery of customer-facing and internal projects.
Contribute to internal improvements, automation and documentation.
