Job summary

Harvey Nash is seeking an experienced IT Support Engineer (2nd Line) for our West Midlands MSP client. You will deliver Level 2 support to a diverse client base, resolving incidents promptly and ensuring secure, productive systems.

During probation you will work onsite five days a week, then transition to a hybrid pattern. The role provides exposure to Microsoft technologies, clear career progression, training, and a collaborative team culture.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years' experience in an IT Support / Help Desk position.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• A proactive mindset with a genuine desire to learn and progress.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality Level 2 IT support to a diverse client base and ensure prompt resolutions.
• Keep client environments secure, productive, and running smoothly.
• Work with Microsoft technologies and infrastructure and take ownership of issues.
