Job summary

Arvato in Corby, Northants, is hiring a Customer Service Delivery Specialist to join our logistics-focused team. You’ll act as the main liaison between customers, internal teams, and operations, ensuring service commitments are met and driving improvements in customer satisfaction.

The role requires proactive, customer-focused individuals with strong communication, organisational and reporting skills, plus experience in Microsoft Office, especially Excel. 40-hour weeks, 08:30–17:00.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in customer service, account management, service delivery, or a similar customer-facing role.

Responsibilities

• Manage customer relationships and act as a primary point of contact for service-related queries.
• Monitor service performance against KPIs and SLAs.
• Investigate and resolve customer issues efficiently and professionally.
• Coordinate with operational and support teams to ensure smooth service delivery.
• Analyse service data and identify opportunities for process improvement.
• Produce customer reports and communicate performance updates.

Are you passionate about delivering outstanding customer experiences and ensuring service excellence? Arvato is looking for a proactive and customer-focused Customer Service Delivery Specialist to join our team in Corby.

In this role, you’ll act as a key link between customers, internal teams, and operational functions, helping to ensure service commitments are met while continuously driving improvements in customer satisfaction and service delivery.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel.
• Experience within logistics, supply chain, or outsourcing environments is advantageous but not essential.
