Job summary

Mitie Group plc. is seeking a Workplace Facilities Coordinator for maternity cover in Leeds. You will be the customer-facing representative, logging FM calls and coordinating across three sites to deliver seamless facilities services.

You will actively walk floors, ensure tidy common areas, and liaise with floor leads to keep occupants informed and safe. You will use CAFM systems to log jobs, run reports, and chase progress, maintaining strong communication and issue resolution with the client

Qualifications

• Proven experience in a customer service environment.
• Experience using CAFM systems (logging jobs, generating reports, raising purchase orders).
• Valid Health and Safety qualification preferred (IOSH desirable).

Responsibilities

• Log and chase work orders on behalf of building occupants.
• Be first point of contact for FM issues and route to correct department.
• Attend monthly floor lead meetings to share updates and actions.
• Maintain a tidy and safe appearance of floors and common areas.
• Support fire emergency procedures and building safety requirements.
