Job summary

Certa is seeking a Technical Project Manager to own end-to-end delivery of enterprise software implementations. You will translate customer needs into plans, drive cross-functional teams, and maintain alignment from kickoff to go-live and beyond.

The role requires 5+ years of delivery leadership in enterprise SaaS, with strong stakeholder management and technical fluency. This is a remote-first, globally distributed environment with multiple office locations.

Qualifications

• 5+ years managing technical or software implementation projects in enterprise SaaS or client-facing delivery.
• Ability to read solution designs and discuss integrations with engineers.
• Proven ability to run requirements and discovery sessions and translate them into clear business requirements.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills for senior audiences.
• Organized, calm under pressure, and able to own outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Own delivery end to end from kickoff through go-live and stabilization.
• Build and manage a clear project plan with milestones, dependencies, and owners.
• Lead requirements gathering and document sign-off, ensuring traceability.
• Coordinate solution architects, engineers, QA, and client stakeholders.
• Own client relationships, status updates, and escalations.
• Manage scope, risk, and change with proactive mitigation.
• Stay technical and produce status reports and executive updates.
