Job summary

Undisclosed is seeking an experienced Delivery Lead to oversee multiple complex business and technology initiatives within a fast-paced, regulated enterprise. You will lead cross-functional teams, manage delivery roadmaps, and ensure on-time, on-budget delivery aligned with strategic priorities.

The role requires strong leadership, governance, and stakeholder management skills, with experience in Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, and hybrid approaches.

Qualifications

• Proven delivery lead or senior PM in a large enterprise.
• Experience with Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, or hybrids.
• Experience managing large-scale technology and business transformation.
• Strong stakeholder management and engagement with executives.
• Experience with budgets, forecasting and resource management.
• Experience in regulated financial services environments.
• Certifications such as Agile, Scrum Master, SAFe, PRINCE2, PMP, or MSP.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of multiple projects and workstreams.
• Develop and maintain delivery plans, roadmaps, milestones, dependencies.
• Manage risks, issues, assumptions, and dependencies with mitigation.
• Coordinate between business, technology, architecture, security, and operations.
• Drive governance and reporting to senior stakeholders.
• Ensure adherence to methodologies, standards and best practices.
• Monitor performance with KPIs and drive continuous improvement.
• Plan resource allocation and capacity for project teams.
• Support budgeting, forecasting and cost control.
• Coordinate with vendors and third-party suppliers for contracted services.
• Lead steering meetings, workshops and executive governance forums.
• Foster accountability and collaboration across delivery teams.
