Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or 8+ years of related experience.
• 5+ years of dedicated Project or Program Management delivering enterprise software cloud SaaS or professional services to external enterprise clients.
• Proven track record leading customer engagements across Agile (Scrum/Kanban), Waterfall, and Hybrid delivery frameworks.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex, multi-stakeholder enterprise customer engagements from kick-off through deployment and closeout.
• Serve as trusted advisor, driving remediation of blockers to maintain high customer confidence and NPS.
• Standardize delivery excellence using proven methodologies, blueprints, and service offerings.
• Build and manage comprehensive project plans, schedules, milestones, and project P&L aligned to SOWs.
• Deliver rigorous stakeholder reporting on progress, burn rates, dependencies, risks, and assumptions.
• Maintain real-time documentation and PSA/system tracking for revenue recognition and forecasting.
• Manage customer-specific security, governance, and onboarding clearances as needed.
