A UK-based service company is seeking a CX Associate to join their team. In this role, you will ensure customer happiness by providing support through calls and live chats. The position offers remote work flexibility and requires a minimum commitment of 32 hours per week, including weekends. Candidates must possess a reliable internet connection and meet specific computer requirements. Training will commence on October 13, 2025, with applications closing on September 23, 2025.
The purpose of the role is to deliver customer happiness at every interaction.
As a CX Associate, you must be based and working in the UK at all times, operating from your dedicated home workspace. In this role, you will support our clients by answering calls, responding to live chats, booking appointments, and taking messages.
As well as providing stellar service to our UK-based clients, you’ll also have the opportunity to support our clients across the US and Canada.
