Stavtar Solutions is seeking an Implementation Manager to own the end-to-end onboarding and delivery experience for clients. You will be the primary contact from contract signing through go-live, coordinating timelines, communications and cross-functional teams to ensure value is delivered and go-lives land on time.

Qualifications

• 4–7 years of implementation, professional services, accounting/finance, project management, or client delivery roles within SaaS/fintech.

Responsabilités

• Own end-to-end implementation lifecycle from contract to go-live.
• Manage day-to-day client onboarding and stakeholder relationships across technical and non-technical audiences.
• Develop and maintain project plans, status reports and implementation docs.
• Identify, track and escalate risks, issues and scope changes early.
• Run multiple concurrent implementations with strong quality and communication.
• Lead structured discovery sessions to understand workflows, goals, constraints and pain points.
• Translate client input into actionable requirements, user stories and acceptance criteria for engineering.
• Document business processes, data flows and user journeys with diagrams for clients and engineers.
